Both the outfits weren't the kind to set a paparazzi frenzy, but both wore white button down white tops with blue skirts, Neha's outfit highlighted by the silver detailing on the top and Tisca's, the belted waist.
I couldn't find full length/better pictures of Tisca to see her whole look, but with the make up and hair the way it is, I'm going with Neha on this one.
